I made a purchase back in February, but the supplier didn’t send out the item I had pre-ordered. Thankfully, Ameet, who I spoke with several times, helped me address my worries until we figured out a fix.

The item arrived in great shape and was nicely wrapped. I ran into a little trouble with my local post office, which provided me with wrong tracking details, claiming it was on its way back. So, I reached out to Toywiz support, and Ann Marie got in touch with my post office to sort it out. I received my order later that same day. I’ll surely shop with them again down the line.

I frequently place preorders with ToyWiz. Whenever I have inquiries, they respond in no time. Their customer support is top-notch, and my orders usually get shipped out fast! A big reason I keep coming back to ToyWiz is their fantastic service.

I put in a pre-order for Hero Quest Mage in the Mirror. The release happened in January. They charged my card on 2/15. Now it's 3/22, and my order still ain't shipped, while it's out there for ten bucks cheaper than what I forked over.

I placed my order back in December expecting it to ship in February as promised. Reached out to the seller in March for a status update. They hit me with some nonsense about COVID-19 and inflation causing delays. The only news they had was another preorder for the same item set for July. How's that even fair? They haven't even fulfilled the first wave of orders yet! Total scam. Seriously, steer clear of this.

I got my hands on a Mike Trout variant that's limited to just 200 pieces. Toywiz claimed it was out of stock, so they gave me a refund. But then, three days later, the package showed up with that rare Trout figure! To top it off, Toywiz ended up banning me from their store. Honestly, they’re a total joke and their prices are way too high.

I ran into a snag with a pre-order for a couple of Star Wars Pops. Sadly, Toy Wiz had some shipping delays since they couldn't get the Pops in time. These were birthday presents, so I had to cancel the order and find them somewhere else to stick to my timeline. Toy Wiz was cool about it and quickly processed my refund. No fuss or hassle at all. Even though my experience had its bumps, Ameet at Toy Wiz was super professional and handled everything smoothly. I’ll definitely check out Toy Wiz again when I’m on the hunt for collectibles. They were upfront and treated me right. Honestly, you can learn a lot more about a retailer when things go sideways than when everything's smooth sailing. I highly recommend Toy Wiz.

This is just awful. I placed an order for a Christmas gift, but it never showed up, and you wouldn’t even reply to my questions. My grandson was heartbroken not to receive his holiday wish.
